We’re proficient with all facets of commercial facilities management. Some of our clients include government departments, national transport infrastructure companies, banks, and international property management firms.

NEW BUILDS

Designing and building new build developments is something that we are very adept at. We can work with you on the concept before getting stuck into the build or we can implement the project from a set of plans.

EARTHQUAKE REPAIRS

We have become earthquake repair specialists. Since the 2010 Christchurch earthquakes began, Clark Construction Services has been heavily involved in repairing two of our major cities; Christchurch and Wellington

Two areas that we have become specialists in are structural strengthening and crack repairs.

STRUCTURAL STRENGTHENING

We have built up a mountain of experience with structural strengthening, having completed over 120 structural strengthening projects since the earthquakes in Christchurch in 2010. If there’s a company who is able to come up with a perfect solution to strengthen a building it would be us.

Concrete

There are many uses for concrete and we are well versed in all of them. With the managing director having cut his teeth in the concrete sector there are few companies that can compete with us for ideas and execution.

We have relationships with many drafting and design companies. We also have a team that are up to date with all of the latest technology that allows you to see your project before it’s even begun, via 3D modelling.
