This stems from having our own drafting and design team for small to medium sized jobs as well as having well developed relationships with a swathe of drafting and design teams external to ourselves who we engage with for larger projects.

The process becomes far more stream lined as the same team who designed the plans are responsible for implementing them. It also results in a quicker turn-around time as the internal teams are efficient and work quickly together, which prevents any delays from miscommunication.
